Conference 2007

The AA Website –

As you may have noticed, the AA’s new website has had significant development since its launch in June. Our IT team continues to work hard at ensuring the site is designed to the highest standard.

So, please feedback your comments on the site’s look and feel and navigability. Does it address what you want to see here? Tell us what you want to see, it may already be on the roadmap or it may be something that we need to address. We would be grateful if you could indicate your age group in your feedback (under 30, 30-55, 55+) as we want to be able to tailor the site to address the widest audience.

Is Your Membership Due for Renewal?

Renewal notices are now being posted with the Journal, so please look and see if there is one for you. If so, please support the Association that supports astrology by renewing right away and encouraging your friends to join too.

The AA Office

Due to financial reasons, the AA council have decided to close the office at Tottenham Hale Technopark in October. This will make a saving of nearly £5,000 per year. Please continue to use the regular address and telephone number until further notice. The telephone messages are being picked up remotely for the time being, so when calling please do leave a message and someone will get back to you.

We are also in the process of streamlining both our membership and conference administration before the council selects candidates to take on this role. The Council Secretary, Alice Ekrek, has taken on the administration until after conference in September. Thanks to Patrick Casey, who left the role in July, for all his work in the office over the last five years. Thanks also to Valerie Pierre for assisting Patrick part-time in the office. We would like to wish them all the very best for the future.
