Welcome to the July 2003 issue of Transit.

Jenni Harte is taking a break from World News for a while. She has been a contributor to every issue of Transit for the last six years and so is well overdue for a rest! We look forward to seeing her work in future issues once she has had chance to recharge her batteries. Nick Campion's Media Watch is also taking a break but we hope to see it return soon.

Calire Simms offers two articles in this issue - an examination of Tony Blair's solar return chart with some predictions for 2003/4 and an analysis of the Russian takeover of Chlesea Football Club.

Anthony Demetris brought us up to date with the latest news about the Lilly plaque in the last issue. We are pleased to able able to tell you that everything has finally been approved and the plaque will be unveiled on 15th September.

In response to Garry Phillipson's discussion The Scrying Game in the last issue, Maurice McCann responds with his views on the state of astrology today.
