Faculty of Astrological Studies Online Seminars

OUR ONLINE SEMINARS are open to everyone. Many topics directly support the material of the Faculty course modules, making them ideal for Faculty students. However, no previous affiliation with the Faculty is required in order to enrol.

Each seminar costs £35. You do not need to attend in real time. Your enrolment gives you access to a recording for 30 days – perfect for review or if you were unable to attend when the seminar was broadcast.

The Nodes of the Moon

The Nodes have been called an axis of development, showing something of our evolving journey and growing self awareness. Points in space and moving retrograde through the zodiac, the Nodes of the Moon can seem just out of reach, focused on the intangible and defying clear interpretation. In this seminar, we’ll consider the mythology and the astronomy of the Lunar Nodes. As well as looking at how the Nodal Axis connects with the rest of the natal chart, we’ll think about the unique lessons of the South and the North Nodes. We’ll consider the ways that we move between them, the ebb and flow of the journey and the integration, which are not as linear as you might expect.
