Jo passed away on 30 December 2015 in her sleep, aged 77. She edited the presently defunct magazine Prediction for over thirty years, from the early Seventies to 2004, making a great contribution at a popular level to a better understanding of the divinatory arts, and astrology in particular. Her colleague of old (and writer-astrologer) Peter West tells us that she was born in Belfast on 1 October 1938 at 06:10 GMT. Her natal chart, with Virgo on the ascendant and Gemini on MC, and Neptune rising in the 12th (trine Uranus), confirms her exacting and influential media role and spiritual interests.
